Welcome to PlaceFace. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided: PlaceFace offers property photography, virtual tours, and floor plans. Details will be agreed upon at booking.

2. Copyright and Licensing: PlaceFace retains copyright of all materials. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license for marketing purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.

3. 3D Virtual Tour: Due to equipment limitations, outdoor areas such as gardens, patios, and driveways may not be included in the virtual tour. The scanning technology is optimized for indoor use, and outdoor coverage cannot be guaranteed. 

4. Delivery: Materials are delivered within 24-48 hours via secure file transfer.

5. Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 7 days.You will receive the invoice after the shooting of the property has been completed.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations within 1 hours: £25 fee.

   • Cancellations upon arrival: £50 fee.
     It may vary depending on the distance traveled. Please,notify us promptly to avoid charges.

7. Listing Duration: Listings created with PlaceFace materials will remain active for 2 months on us. After this period, a fee of £40 is required to extend the listing for an additional six months.

8. Property Preparation: Properties must be clean and ready. PlaceFace is not responsible for poor results due to property conditions.

9. Retouching: Professional edits are included
