Welcome to PlaceFace. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided: PlaceFace offers property photography, virtual tours, and floor plans. Details will be agreed upon at booking.

2. Copyright and Licensing: PlaceFace retains copyright of all materials. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license for marketing purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.

3. Delivery: Materials are delivered within 24-48 hours via secure file transfer.

4. Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 7 days.You will receive the invoice after the shooting of the property has been completed.

5. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations within 8 hours: £25 fee.

   • Cancellations upon arrival: £50 fee.
     Notify us promptly to avoid charges.

6. Listing Duration: Listings created with PlaceFace materials will remain active for six months. After this period, a fee of £45 is required to extend the listing for an additional six months.

7. Property Preparation: Properties must be clean and ready. PlaceFace is not responsible for poor results due to property conditions.

8. Retouching: Professional edits are included

9. Liability: PlaceFace is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Data Protection: PlaceFace complies with GDPR to protect client information.
