1. Introduction

Welcome to PlaceFace. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by PlaceFace.

2. Services Provided

PlaceFace offers professional property photography, property videography, 3D virtual tours (Matterport), and floor plans. Service details, including scope and deliverables, will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Payment Terms

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing via email or message. An invoice will be issued after the property shoot has been completed. All invoices must be paid within 7  to 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Final materials are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after the shoot via secure digital file transfer. Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances.

5. Copyright & Licensing

All images, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, and digital materials produced by PlaceFace remain the copyright of PlaceFace.

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to the photographed property. Redistribution, resale, or use for unrelated properties is not permitted without prior written consent from PlaceFace.

6. 3D Virtual Tours (Matterport)

3D virtual tours are created using indoor scanning technology. Due to equipment and technical limitations, outdoor areas such as gardens, patios, balconies, and driveways may not be included, and outdoor coverage cannot be guaranteed.

7. Listing Duration

Listings created using PlaceFace materials will remain active for one (1) month at no additional cost. After this period, a fee of £40 is required to extend the listing for an additional six (6) months.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are requested to notify PlaceFace as early as possible in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment may incur a £25 fee

• Cancellations upon arrival may incur a £50 fee

Fees may vary depending on travel distance and circumstances. Prompt notification helps avoid unnecessary charges.

9. Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, accessible, and ready at the scheduled time. PlaceFace is not responsible for poor results caused by property condition, lack of preparation, or restricted access.

10. Retouching & Editing

Professional editing and basic retouching are included as part of the service. Additional or extensive retouching may be subject to extra charges.

11. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver services on time and to a high standard, PlaceFace shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
